Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines what is an acceptable use of a Styla Account or by using any Styla Services (as defined in Terms of Service).
Acceptable use is limited to:

1. a maximum of 10.000 product and category updates per month
2. a maximum of 1.000 “base” updates per month
3. a maximum of 10.000 page or non-product content updates per month
4. a maximum site traffic of 10.000.000 visits per month to all pages served by Styla Services
5. any use that Styla GmbH deems acceptable.

Prohibited use
You may not use the services to publish content or engage in activity that is illegal under applicable law, that is harmful to others, or that would subject us to liability, including, without limitation, in connection with any of the following, each of which is prohibited under this AUP:

1. Phishing or engaging in identity theft
2. Distributing computer viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
3. Distributing pornography or adult related content or offering any escort services
4. Promoting or facilitating violence or terrorist activities
5. Infringing the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of others

Enforcement
Any violations may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
